Licence terms

These terms apply when you buy the Gateway 2 Readiness Pack ("the Pack") from QMS Technology Ltd ("QMS", "we").
1. What you can do
- Use the Pack within your own organisation, on any number of projects.
- Edit the Word templates and use your completed versions in your project documents and Building Safety Regulator submissions.
- Share completed project documents with your client, design team, contractors and the regulator as part of a project.
2. What you can't do
- Resell, sublicense, share or give away the Pack, or any part of it, outside your organisation.
- Publish the Pack, or any part of it, online or in training materials.
- Remove QMS copyright notices from the unedited templates.
3. Updates
Buyers receive updates to the edition they bought when the law or guidance changes, sent to the email address used at purchase.
4. Not legal advice
The Pack is general guidance to help you prepare and organise a Gateway 2 application. It is not legal advice and does not replace the professional judgement of competent, appointed dutyholders. Regulations and Building Safety Regulator guidance change; always check current official guidance on gov.uk. Approval decisions rest solely with the Building Safety Regulator.
